Crossing the line

I've been reading the blog of this amazingly talented girl lately and I am so inspired by her that I figured I'd start my own blog.

Now this may come to a crashing halt because I'm really not sure how much I have in me to share, plus I may just succumb to the boredom that this talentless blogger is sure to create. But... the theme of this blog is something I feel very close to.

Roller Derby

I miss Roller Derby. It's been so long I amost forget how it went.
I just remember the girls (my memory says it was girls and that's how I'd like it to stay) skating around giving each other body slams and elbows to the head. I don't remember having a favorite team but I do remember always picking a team to root for during the game. I was never disappointed in the results no matter who won. I just enjoyed the game. That's the way it should be shouldn't it? How crazy is it that people could enjoy watching something like that?
  • Paul Konerko signed a five year sixty million dollar deal with the Chicago White Sox.
  • Terrel Owens had been angry with the Philadelphia Eagles since management refused to redo his contract just one season into the seven-year, $48.97 million deal he signed when he came to Philadelphia in March 2004.
You decide.
